My approach to CST is simple: I believe every body is already amazing, and it’s not about “fixing” anything—it’s about optimizing.
Birth can be tough, not just for babies but for families, too.
That’s why I take an empathetic approach to healing birth trauma, using gentle techniques that support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal.
I also believe healing should be accessible and inclusive.
Whether it’s a wiggly newborn with a tight jaw or a parent navigating feeding challenges, my goal is to create space for their stories, meet them where they are, and help them thrive!
