Important information
All students must start with CST Foundations, but qualified CST practitioners can apply to skip CST Foundations by taking our bridging course - CST Mini-Foundations.
We intentionally keep our class sizes small for a personalized learning experience. Virtual classes are limited to 14 students, Level 2 labs to 8 students, and Level 4 labs to 6 students, ensuring individual attention and mentorship.
In-person labs are primarily held in Toronto, Canada, and typically once a year internationally. If you want to host a lab in your city, please email us using the form at the bottom of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the live classes recorded?
Yes, the live classes are recorded. They will be posted inside the student portal for you to review for up to 12 months after the program has finished.
Are the live classes mandatory?
It is best to attend each Live class, but we understand that sometimes life happens and you need to miss a class, this is fine, but please inform us. The live classes are mandatory to watch and complete before the next class as they build on each other.
How long are the live classes?
CST Foundations classes will be held once a week for 2 hours over a 4-week period.
Level 1 classes will be held once a week for 1.5 hours over a 5-week period, making it easier for students to attend without requiring significant time off work.
Level 3 classes are held every other week for 2 hour, and an additional half hour after class for Q&A.
Do I need someone to work on for each live class?
Yes, you will need someone to work on for the last hour of CST Foundations classes 1-3. Preferably an adult, since working on children can be distracting for you, and not conducive to learning.
For Level 1, you will not need anyone to work on, but a doll to practice hand placements.
How long are the recordings up?
The recordings will be up throughout the duration of the course, and until the remaining review period has ended (12 months).
Are all In-Person classes taught in Toronto only?
The majority of our In-Person classes are taught in Toronto, but once a year we try to hold a Level 2 internationally.
