As mom of six and integrative wellness practitioner, Shari brings over a decade of hands-on experience in craniosacral therapy, infant development, and oral function. She is an ICST, CBS, OMT, CEIM, and PPD, as well as a pediatric sleep & wellbeing specialist with advanced training in primitive reflexes and oral ties. Her teaching style is grounded, supportive, and real — helping you build confidence with evidence-based care.
As mom of two and passionate advocate for infant health, Meaghan has been immersed in craniosacral therapy since 2018. As the founder of Beames CST Training Centre and owner of a busy Toronto clinic, she blends hands-on expertise with years of teaching and mentorship. She is an RMT and CST practitioner with advanced training in infant development, birth trauma, and reflex integration. Her teaching style is clear, practical, and rooted in compassion — making complex concepts digestible and immediately useful for professionals working with families.
The first round of Beames Mentors begins October 28th, with additional cohorts scheduled into 2026.
Beames Mentors will run for six weeks.
The program is designed for Level 2 and above graduates.
The group program includes weekly virtual meetings covering specific topics, peer feedback, and access to recorded demonstrations.
Topics include office setup, referrals, implementation, technique refinement, communication with parents, and skills labs for observation and practice.
