Learn the fundamental skills of Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral is the easiest and most gentle way of helping people heal.

Learn how to find areas in the body that are holding onto trauma and tension.

Techniques to release tension in the body to allow your clients experience relief.

Nervous system regulation so your clients can relax and heal from pent-up trauma.

Have a list of assessment and treatment tools to use on any body in your practice.

Location: Virtual zoom class

Class Dates:  January, 2024 - on Mondays and Thursdays, 3 Weeks recurring
First Class Monday January 15, Last class Thursday Feb 1

Class Time: 10:00am to 11:30am EST  (Convert to your local time here)

What you'll need: A partner to practice for about 1.5 hours for Thursday classes, they should preferably be older than 5 (since the younger ones have a hard time staying still). Or you can practice on yourself, but this is often a harder way to learn.

Yes, the live classes are recorded. They will be posted inside the student portal for you to go back and review if you'd like to.

Yes, the live classes are mandatory. We understand that sometimes life happens and you need to miss a class, this is fine, but please inform us.

The live classes run for 1.5 hours.

Yes, you will need someone to work on for most of the live classes. Preferably an adult, since working on children can be distracting for you, and not conducive to learning.

The recordings will be up throughout the duration of the course, and until the remaining review period has ended. Which is usually 6 months.
