To qualify for this course, you have:
Upledger Style Training
You've completed up to CS2 or equivalent. If training is from a different institute, please email us to confirm we recognize the school.
Biodynamic training does not qualify as our methodology uses biomechanical practices.
Trained within Last 5 Years
You're training was completed within 5 years of the start date of the Infant CST course you wish to take.
Currently practicing CST
You have been practicing craniosacral part time on a weekly basis since you first learned. 8 hours per month.

Bridging Course
That's why we've created this mini course!
In this mini course, we'll make sure you and I are on the same page when it comes to techniques and vocabulary.
You're already comfortable with the gentle touch of cranio.
What you're here for is how to use your skills on babies!
In the Infant portion of CST Level 1, I'll teach you about birth, birth trauma and how that shows up in a baby in the form of symptoms.
I'll teach you how you can treat them to help release and heal from this experience, so they can eat better, sleep better, digest better, and so can their parents.
Course Time Commitment
This is a self-paced course that will ensure that we are aligned on techniques, terminology and theory.
You may even be introduced to a new technique!
2 hours of Self Study
Watch the pre-recorded videos on your own schedule. This will help to align your previous training with our particular methodology, and the terminology we use in our training.
Practice techniques on a client
For this bridging course, there's no need to come to a class. Start by integrating these techniques into your current practice to become familiar with them.
Final assignment
Complete a full CST session using our techniques and terminology. Submit a case report including assessment, treatment techniques and signs of release, with our terminology, and include your interpretation of your previous craniosacral skills with ours.

Bypass CST Foundations if you qualify for CST Mini-Foundations
Learn CST skills for the infant body, prep the baby for a tongue tie release, improve torticollis, digestion, sleep, tummy time and more

Infant CST Level 2
Novice
5 Day In person training in Toronto or once a year internationally
Improve tongue function
Prep the mouth for tongue tie release or eliminate the need for a release
Improve head shape
Eligible for CERPs!

Infant CST Level 3
Advanced
Virtual - 8 weeks
In-depth knowledge of Polyvagal Theory and reflux, correcting recessed jaw, improving laryngomalacia, and using CST with the parent-baby-dyad
Eligible for CERPs!

Mastery
4 Days In person training in Toronto and once a year internationally
In-depth cranial releases to help with early signs of Autism
