PROGRAM POLICY

Access to the Course Materials

Our course materials, including audio, visual, live, and other trainings have been carefully and thoughtfully curated, and continue to be regularly updated. Our course(s) and program(s) rely on not only scientific evidence and published case studies, but also anecdotal case studies based on the experience and expertise of Beames.

You have access to the Course materials, including the recordings and corresponding materials for three (3) months from the date on which you are granted access to the materials, including but not limited to audio, visual, or any other form of materials provided. As at the three-month mark, you will be de-enrolled from your online access to the Course materials.

If you would like access to the course materials beyond permitted three months, please contact info@beamescst.com for next steps. Access to the materials may be granted for an additional monthly or annual fee, at the sole discretion of Beames.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

The Company cannot issue refunds for any programs or courses provided, regardless of whether clients decide to stop using our services, or if clients are removed for violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds are not possible once you are granted access to course materials.

Beames CST reserves the right to cancel classes at its sole discretion for any reason. In such instances, no refund will be issued to clients for canceled classes.

If your use of our Website is terminated as a result of your violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not receive any refund whatsoever and all of your access to our Website and Facebook Community will be immediately terminated without notice.

Missed or Declined Payment

We cannot continue to offer services that have not been paid for.

If a payment is missed or declined, you will immediately receive an email notifying you of the missed or declined payment and you will be provided with three business days to rectify payment. We must receive payment within three business days to continue providing services as usual. If we do not receive all payments owing within 3 business days, your access to all content and training sessions calls will be immediately suspended until we receive all payments owing. Regardless of your progress in, or graduation from, our course(s)/program(s), only once your account is fully paid and in good standing will the Company issue to you your Certificate of Completion.

In the event of a delay in the program as a result of missed or declined payments, the missed days are considered to be lost - there is no opportunity to ‘make up’ the days (i.e., cannot add days to the end of your enrollment year), coaching calls, or attend training sessions other than those for which you have signed up.

You irrevocably agree that Beames shall not be held liable for any delay in monetizing your training as a result of a delay in your receiving of your Certificate of Completion for any reason whatsoever.

DURATION OF ACCESS TO COURSE, MATERIALS, AND COMMUNITY

Access to all course materials expires at either the one (1) month or three (3) month mark, depending on the program/course, beginning on the date on which you receive access to the materials. As at the three-month mark, access to the course(s), associated materials, and Course Community will expire.

Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions, your access to the Community, materials, and any of our services will be terminated if you violate our Terms and Conditions, any other policy or code of conduct of the Company adopted on any day without prior notice, or any policies documented within any of our online Community forums, without prior notice.

ACCESS TO LIVE TRAINING/COACHING WITHIN COURSE(S)/PROGRAM(S)

Your Live Training Sessions

Once you enroll in a course, you may have access to live trainings.

Beames offers an exclusive mentorship program for graduates of its program(s), called Baby Bodywork Mentors. If you are interested in learning more about mentorship opportunities with Beames, please contact info@beamescst.com and we would be happy to support you.

Our Use of Online Platforms for Hosting our Materials and Live Training Sessions

Our course(s) and program(s) may include audio, visual, and live components. Our audio and visual materials are hosted on Zenler and our live components are hosted on Zoom via Zenler.

Your instructor will always appear using both audio and visual capabilities via Zoom. You are expected to do the same. You will not be permitted to enter the Zoom Room for your live training session unless your video is working. This is to ensure that your peers feel comfortable participating and so that security in our Community is maintained.

Practice professionalism by ensuring that you are in a quiet space, with a strong internet connection, and are ready to appear on camera and audio. Ensure ahead of time that your tech is working. The live training sessions will begin promptly.

Each live coaching session may be recorded at the discretion of Beames. Participants are prohibited from making their own recordings of any course materials, including the live trainings.

Use of the audio recording of the Live Trainings for Promotional/Advertising Purposes

Beames retains the right to use any audio from the Live Trainings for advertising and promotional purposes. Attendees on the call will not be identified in any promotional materials and, if your name is used in the audio recording, it will be anonymized for promotional purposes only. For further clarity, you consent to your voice being audio recorded and used for any promotional purpose on any platform and we agree to anonymize your name, if used in the recording.

By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the audio recording of any Live Trainings in which you participate and grant to Beames and its assigns, licensees, successors, and affiliates the right to copy, reproduce, and use all or a portion of the recording for any purpose whatsoever, including in any printed matter in conjunction therewith and further concede all rights to the produced media for potential future use in online and print advertising, workshops, books, webpages, and all other forms of public distribution without remuneration and in perpetuity.

I release Beames and its assigns, licensees, successors, and affiliates from any claims and liability that may arise regarding the use of the work, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the work. The work is the property of Beames. I have read and understood these terms and I am over the age of 18.

Missed Live Training Sessions

Because of the intensive timeline in this course, there is no opportunity for a ‘make up’ training session. Please prioritize your success in this course by scheduling and blocking off time for your attendance in our live training sessions.

All policies are pursuant to our Terms and Conditions.
